A memorial plaque above a cavern entrance

Military cavern entrances are usually simple, just holes dug into the rock, but other arrangements may be met too - these mostly take shape of stone and concrete portals. This memorial plaque, which reminds of the cavern's Austrian constructors under the lead of Hauptmann Minařík (Minárik? Minarik?) above it's entrance, is still well-readable.
