The desert of St.Mark

A hermitage used to be there in 16th century and it later became a church dedicated to St.Mark. The church was turned into a forestkeeper's lodge at 18th century and reconstructed. The lodge was abandoned when we came there at summer and just few parts of it's architecture, usually apparent only to a trained eye, and an oratory in one of walls reminded of the history of the place. It was raining, so we decided to sleep here overnight. The place was nice, but the future of it reamins unclear. Buildings enclosing the yard are a bit devastated, but some of them got a new roof recently.
