In an old limekiln by Kovářská

There is an old two-chamber 19th century limekiln close to an asphalt forest road by Kovářská ("Smithing") at Krušné hory ("Ore Mountains"), established by noble Buquoy family. The entire construction reminds more a castle than an industrial object at first look, it possesses something that modern concrete buildings have already lost. Although one of the chambers already collapsed, the other one is accessible by walking into conched passage. There is also a grown-over quarry behind the limekiln, where a dolomitic pocket used to be mined.
