Under Prague

Prague underground did not form labyrinths of passages as we may know from other mediaeval cities because of quite variable rock bed. It consists of may different objects of various age and function - cellars of romanesque and older houses, old water-conduits, canalisation and mining attemps, military casemates and shelters, modern collectors and the subway. Red bricks of this precisely walled adit belong to the system of Prague Castle water-conduit and they were put into their place during 1930s.
